Possibility to make very tight curves. To be applied in tools and machines of HELIOTECH, also

in machines of other makes, such as: PULLMAX, TRUMPH, ECKOLD (adapters necessary).

you can have three reliable functions in a single machine at low cost: hammer shear, shrinker,

Main thick-walled profiles. This is not a standard wall thickness that would be insufficiently stiff.

x 75 mm, (low inertia) should be recognized. Of course, abrasion resistant tool steel (no spring steel or general use

A market innovation among compact sheet metal forming tools.

This tool has two independent coarse and precise shrinker adjustments depending
on thickness of the sheet metal used
and the desired deformation speed of the sheet metal.
Fine setting Infinitely adjustable, between gentle or more aggressive shrinking
or stretching is possible.
Due to the integrated stop inside the body, each deformation step is - preset - identical. Repeatability is maintained whether the operator squeezes the leverless or harder
with more or less attention.
